Logic Simulator Update

In this update, I added some more tutorial info to the Learn tabs. You can learn or refresh your memory (ha ha) about digital systems such as a CPU and sequential logic. I am proud of the diagrams that I produced in Inkscape, hope you like them.

Also I provided ZIP/archive downloads so that new users will get both the .exe file and the required .pck file when they download.

To update, you only need the new .pck file.
